The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Grand Place and close to Brussel - Central railway station. The staff, especially the guy on night shift at reception and the doorman during the day, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice bed.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

Centrally-located, attentive staff, quiet rooms, comfortable and clean, fast wi-fi, good TV selection. Genius deal for a penthouse room, accommodating staff, late check-out, close to metro and tram. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, near metro station. Helpful staff, descent breakfast, large and tastefully decorated room, lots of storage space, tea pot and mini-fridge, close to subway stations.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate sitting area that was perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was great, with an excellent walk-in shower and even bathrobes provided. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any inquiries. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to major attractions and convenient tram routes. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The noise level in the area. Our room faced a main street and the noise from passing trams could be quite disruptive, especially during rush hours.
